When will my order arrive? Your order will arrive within 14 to 20 days depending on the location that you ordered from. If you do place an order during peak season (October - December) shipping times will be around 15-25 days due an increased level of order volume around Christmas time. 

Do you charge for delivery? This depends on the product type and if the product is on sale at the current time. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before purchase.

Where is my order? 1 to 5 days after placing your order, we will be able to provide you with tracking information via email. Using this tracking information, you'll be able to track your order directly. If you haven't received a tracking number email, no problem, visit our Contact Us page and let us know! Please include your order number in your Contact Us message.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept a variety of payments depending on your chosen delivery country, these include Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.

Can you ship your products anywhere in the world? We ship to most countries. However, we cannot ship to countries that have recently been seeing poor shipping times, for example Canada. Once shipping times are back to normal, we will begin to ship to these countries again.

How do I get discount codes to use at checkout? Here at Imperiyal we like to give back to you for supporting us, whether that is simply visiting our page or even purchasing! As a thank you we give out discount codes. You can receive discount codes during sale seasons or by simply signing up to our newsletter!
